Purchased two sets of tires for two vehicles end of 2021. Woke up this morning found I had a flat on my Silverado. Tire stem was cracked, Called North Country Ford dealership to see what my road hazard warranty was gentlemen in service wasn’t sure if valve stems were covered came back and said I did have a road hazard warranty still available but valve stems are not covered and they want $45 to replace. Apparently trying to make up for their inability to sell overpriced vehicles by selling overpriced services. Called over to Discount Tire in Coon Rapids who I have never purchased any tires or services. Explained I had a torn valve stem and inquiring what they charge and how quickly they could get it replaced. Let me know they do not charge for tire repair, including valve stem replacement. I could drop the tire off immediately or wait for it and they would have it done In approximately 30 minutes. I dropped it off. They sent me a text 20 minutes later and I picked it up. I was charged zero the young man thanked me for coming in and offered to carry it to my vehicle. If you’re looking for a tire center with friendly employees and great customer service, give them a try. If you’re looking for unfriendly disgruntled employees who act like government workers North Country Ford is for you. More

Had a key fob break for my 2015 Explorer. We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there who could program it and to come back on Monday. We came back on Monday and were told the had staffing issues and couldn't service us. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Only did they tell me then that we had to pay another $150.00 to get the key programmed! At no point in time prior to this did anyone tell us there was an additional fee for programming! Poor customer service to say the least! I went home and called Fratillonie's hardware store only to find out they would have sold us the key AND programmed it for $170.00! I've got a call into the service manager, but of course he hasn't returned my call. They really should have told us about this bogus "programming fee" long before I was waiting at the counter to leave with my vehicle! More
