This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I have purchased more than 20 new vehicles over the years. The issues began with the sales process—communication was extremely poor, with dela and I have purchased more than 20 new vehicles over the years. The issues began with the sales process—communication was extremely poor, with delayed responses and the need to repeatedly follow up for even basic information. I was also asked to provide unnecessary documentation despite not financing through the dealership. Upon taking delivery of the truck, I discovered multiple serious issues. The paperwork stated the vehicle had only five miles, but it actually had 179 miles. Additionally, the hubcaps and antenna were missing at delivery. Shortly after, the truck began throwing error codes due to an improperly installed bed liner. The outlets under the bed were not connected, allowing salt, sand, and moisture to accumulate and cause further issues. I had to bring the truck in for repairs and pay out of pocket to resolve problems that should have been addressed prior to delivery. To make matters worse, the dealership was unable or unwilling to provide updates on the missing hubcaps, including refusing to share a tracking number and stating that they do not provide that information. Overall, this experience demonstrated a lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic quality control, and it has significantly impacted my trust in the dealership. More

We looked at a used Ford Edge, 2015 model at North Country Ford. Pictures on line looked great, Sales Rep talked up the car, so we drove 30 miles to look at the vehicle. After being told by sales that the vehicle was in excellent shape we discovered there was a water seal break on the liftgate and water was inside the rear light panel, when the lift gate was opened my husband watched the water run out of the broken seal (there was literally a hole in it). Sales promised to see if they could repair it but didn't think that would be an option. Took it for a test drive anyway, it ran great, everything was fine until... my husband climbed out of the backseat and noticed that the rear door on the driver's side was almost completely rusted through with a very thin layer of metal in place. This indicated that the car was either in water, had a continuous seal leak around the door of the vehicle, or it was exposed to water seepage on a regular basis. Needless to say we were very disappointed in this experience. We had heard great things from several people about Luther Dealerships in general, and after our first and only experience wit them, we were very disappointed by the lack of disclosure about these defects (even though Sales said they were very minor. Imagine if we spend $13K for a vehicle and learned afterward about these problems... I am not saying they aren't good and trustworthy, but perhaps a little too much "puffing" More
