I take both of my vehicles (a 2010 Mercury Milan and a 2001 Ford Explorer) to North Country Ford Lincoln for ALL the scheduled maintenance and repair work they require. The Service Advisors are outstanding, the Service Technicians do excellent work, and the cost of the service performed has always seemed reasonable. I have been driving for nearly forty years, I have owned about dozen vehicles, and I place a very high value on a Service Department that I can really trust and count on. The Service Department personnel at North Country Ford Lincoln are the best I have ever worked with. More

The only recommendation that I have (and have commented on a couple of times before), is that when someone spends that kind of money at the dealership, there is one very small gesture that provides huge bang for the buck - A CAR WASH. This has very little cost to the dealer, and is hugely appreciated by the customer. I recently took my Ford Five Hundred to a dealer in Chicago to have a key made for $100........they washed it. I just paid $600 for service at this location, and got a dirty car back. More
