We needed to have our windshield replaced and they did an excellent job on it. We would definitely recommend North Country Ford for service and repairs. We are also very pleased with our purchase which was a Ford Edge 2019.

"Brought my F150 Raptor that I had bought new from them in..."

- sylvester1380

Brought my F150 Raptor that I had bought new from them in for oil change, recall work & a possible warranty issue on paint. I asked them to fix the seat belt cover on the floor which NC had not put back on when I had previous re call work done - they accused me of doing it. when I brought up the paint issue, they were condescending, reluctant to help. They claimed to have sent info into Ford - but never heard anything. Took truck to another dealer & Ford is fixing it under warranty! NC is not focused on helping their customers whatsoever. Steer clear of this place!!!

"I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT, my sales rep was Mark..."

- 3GKRACING

I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT, my sales rep was Mark Tallarico.. He promised to replace my center vent and told me it would be in a few weeks, it took 8 months before that vent was replace in the mean time this car has been nothing less than an nightmare. The ford sync spoke German and that required 8 months of being in the shop. When I did get the car back more issues. My dual climate does not work, my air only blows front vents and defrost.. blowing air at the feet is MIA 🙄.. What disappointing is that I walk by Mark Tallarico numerous times while the lemon he sold me was being fixed. He did not acknowledge or appear to even know me less than 2 days after the purchase..My calls and Text to him were ignored.. While at the shop my car obtain numerous dents and damageems on the exterior.. although they did fix it. I feel like the service department is subpar at best. These technicians don't give a crap about my car. Every loaner vehicle that I have been given by them has been a mess.. they don't clean their loaner vehicles.. I have driven over 5 from them while my car has been in service for 8 months. All a mess like they just got it return and handed me the key. One day I stop by to swap out the loaner they provided me because it was ticking when I turned on the heat. I stop by my vehicle to look at it, come to find out my truck was left wide open and windows were rolled down about an inch.. this was the morning before a big evening snow storm. I had to inform my service advisor of it. Imagine if I wasn't there that day. On a positive note, My service advisor Brent has been nothing but a professional.. Keeping me in the loop about the repairs etc. Nice guy. I feel like I made a friend. Also Matt from management has also been a wonder to work with. True professionals.. All and all my experience at North Country Ford had been nothing less than a total disaster minus Brent and Matt. I have upcoming service to get the exterior dings fix, the dual climate and air issue address.. I am praying it will not take another 8 months as in the time I have own it for 9 months. 8 of them have been spent in the repair lot. I would love to hear back from the GM and sit down and have this discussion with him or her.

"Warranty work"

- tonysaylerhvac

I have service light on and the truck isn’t driving correctly and it has 10000 miles and 70000 truck and I’m told you are two weeks out to work on diesel trucks. I have a heating company and warranty and past customers always get service even if we go to over time at our expense. When someone buys something new they need to fell they are taken care of when things happen

"Incompetent Work"

- Al

The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under the car. Turned out to be 2 loose bolts to a drive shaft support that was removed for the fuel cell work. We had another shop discover and correct that. We notified North Country Ford of their error. There was no reasonable attempt to follow-up from them and they never spoke with us. Incompetent technician work and non-existent customer service follow-up. The Good - After servicing the car, it appeared they had washed the exterior. Also, it was convenient to have received an email with the invoice and to be able to click on the invoice to pay remotely before picking up the vehicle. Al

"Service has seriously gone down hill"

- fourmoore

Had my oil changed and they said I needed the fuel filter changed. Had them change it and 13 days later it started leaking when I was on vacation. Had to take the vehicle to a different Ford dealer and they said the fuel filter had been over tightened and was cracked. Contacted North Country for reimbursement and they said it was my fault. Also mysteriously on my previous oil change the brakes were flagged green and suddenly on this oil change they were flagged red!

"Disregarded what I said. Completely!"

- WWII

Had my vehicle in for recall work. Hmm.. Since Oct will be the 1st year anniversary of owning my F150. I figured okay I have 8K thousand on it now. Might as well have the tires rotated and the oil changed along with the recall work and have it serviced a little early because I was not going to be able to reach the recommended oil change mileage in Oct. Basically I was told when I purchased the vehicle. I will receive 1 year of FREE service. I figure two free oil changes and a tire rotation is considered Free and fair for the 1st year. I told them at the desk, " Yea it is a little early for the service but I figured I might as well take care of the 2nd oil change and tire rotation while the recall work is being done". The service clerk nodded his head and said yep. "Go sit over there or wherever and will let you know when your vehicle is done". So they said, "Mr. so and so your vehicle is ready". I am like okay cool! I go to the desk and found out I was charged for the oil change and tire rotation. Sir that will be 70.00. I am like what? This should of been free and I explained to her next month I will have had the vehicle for a year etc. I was taking advantage of my second free oil change for the promised 1 year of free service. What did I get out of her. Instead of looking into my concerns. She just shrugged her shoulders and pretty much sent me the body lanquage of OH WELL I guess. I was pissed off about it and paid the bill and walked out. A life long customer since 2004. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET Foot in there. The staff was nice etc. but they pretty much ignored my concern. I am fine with paying. But if you tell your customer yeah, you will recieve 1 year of service for free. You better live up to it. If I am in the wrong or sir we can't do that because of .......... well explain that to me then.

"Sales is great! Service, not so much"

- Crguy9857

The only reason I’m still coming here is because of Matt and Carrie. Carrie provided an AMAZING sales experience when I purchased the car and was super low stress low pressure. 10/10 would go to her wherever she was in the future. Matt helped smooth out a situation with the service center. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Great leadership and took care of the issue in a timely manner. That all being said... your service center is horrid. Didn’t know how to look for certain pieces of my warranty... didn’t bother to check into my certified pre-owned status... just told me it wasn’t there. I was also told, extremely sarcastically, that there is no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty.. i don’t complain much, as I work in a customer service/sales environment, but be glad you have people like Carrie and Matt who FAR outweigh the negatives of your service center
