Difficult Diagnosis because the problem was not consistent. Finally had Ken Rupert in the car with me and the clanking noise revealed itself, much to our amazement. It took 3 days to get the work completed. Calls were not returned when promised. I had to call to get any information about the repair. No communication for 6+ hrs. 2 voicemails. No one avail to speak with after 7 hrs. Poor follow up and communication. Poor Jacob got no back up help from the rest of the service department. Sad that the guys across the service drive couldn't see that we were standing 3 deep! They found something that needed repair.
