North Country Ford Lincoln - Service Center

Went to North Country Ford for scheduled oil change service and brake inspection for squeak, today. Kelly C. greeted me as I arrived. She got me all set up for service quickly. It needed replacement. Living in the frozen tundra of Minnesota, a reliable battery in necessary. Especially, this crazy winter. With the "Works" coupon & rebates for the battery, all service was affordable. And yes, the found the squeak. A rear brake caliper needed lubrication. The squeak is gone. North Country Ford is top notch in service and sales. I bought my 2010 Fusion, from Mark DeMars, back in February, 2010 and all service has been performed there as well. Difficult Diagnosis because the problem was not consistent. Finally had Ken Rupert in the car with me and the clanking noise revealed itself, much to our amazement. It took 3 days to get the work completed. Calls were not returned when promised. I had to call to get any information about the repair. No communication for 6+ hrs. 2 voicemails. No one avail to speak with after 7 hrs. Poor follow up and communication. Poor Jacob got no back up help from the rest of the service department. Sad that the guys across the service drive couldn't see that we were standing 3 deep! They found something that needed repair.
