Stopped in to get a new battery. I received a coupon in the mail from North Country and checked other places to compare prices. Actually less expensive at Ford, plus great replacement warranty. It was a fiasco! To make a long story short it was like they didn't have a clue what was going on, they didn't even answer their phone and no one wanted to help us because apparently our service advisor wa they didn't have a clue what was going on, they didn't even answer their phone and no one wanted to help us because apparently our service advisor was at home that day. 7 hours after we dropped it off for our scheduled appointment they hadn't even looked at it. It didn't even get done that day. This is not the first bad experience we've had with this dealership, what was I thinking? There are way too many places a person can go to even think about going back there! More
I have been to this service place many times. The last couple of times I have not left feeling good. The last time I was here, there were 3 different people that checked me in, talked to me and finally c couple of times I have not left feeling good. The last time I was here, there were 3 different people that checked me in, talked to me and finally called me over the intercom to come get my car, and pay with someone else. The last two times, I have been told I would get a car wash. Previously it turned out to be too cold, this time no one said why I didn't get a car wash. I won't be returning. More
