I have been a regular customer at North Country Ford for many years. I purchased a new 2011 Mustang GT CS two years ago and have loved the car. In addition, I have owned a 1999 Explorer Eddie Bauer which cu many years. I purchased a new 2011 Mustang GT CS two years ago and have loved the car. In addition, I have owned a 1999 Explorer Eddie Bauer which currently has over 139,000 miles and this dealership has handled many of the maintenance needs during the many years I have owned that vehicle. I have always found the personnel at North Country Ford to be very customer focused and up-beat which helps make going to this dealership a positive experience. I have recommended to many of my family and friends to consider purchasing their next vehicle from North Country Ford or when they need maintenance done on their current vehicle. I have continued to have a problem with my engine light staying on since two weeks after the first time I brought it in for that problem. Brent ran the scope and it indicated the same issue with the caple staying on since two weeks after the first time I brought it in for that problem. Brent ran the scope and it indicated the same issue with the capless fuel system. He explained how I could clean the area using the supplied filler tube which I did find in my trunk. No one told me about this solution before, so I am grateful to Brent for that instruction. I am anxious to take good care of my car and appreciate knowing what to do to clear the engine light when it and if it occurs again. Thank you, Brent! More

Dave was very helpful and knowledable on what needed to be done. He called me a couple of times with an update, etc. I appreciate this as I hate being left in the dark.
