I made a service appointment a week in advance and dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. Ken told me he would get back to me by late morning with a diagnosis. I called him after noon and he must have been at lunch because he didn't return my call until almost 1:00. I finally got my diagnosis after 3:00. Don't do business with these people if you value your time, because they sure don't! More

I bought an Edge new a year ago and had a great buying experience with Greg Veum. He was extremely patient with me in finding the exact make, model, color (I even changed my mind a few times) with all the experience with Greg Veum. He was extremely patient with me in finding the exact make, model, color (I even changed my mind a few times) with all the options, down to the size tires I wanted. Absolutely no pressure, no nagging phone calls, like I have experienced other places, a very positive aspect! I love my Edge and everything about it! I have had a few problems with the voice activated navigation/sync system, but the awesome Service Department (Ken, most of the time) will me in and taken care of each time. They listen, they care and it shows! I would highly recommend North Country Ford for great service and staff all the way around!! Tammy More

They do everything in their power to keep you satisfied as a customer. I had a dead battery and after checking for draws (they found none) they found that the battery was in fact bad. Replaced it at no cost, gave me a rental for no cost (except for 1 gallon of gas) I wouldn't have had to do it but I made the agreement and I only put 8 miles on the vechile. My vechicle was a 2011 explorer with a 36 month warranty. I bought it new there. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Nemi in sales and Michel in service are the greatest and Mike,the store manager is really a great guy. He finds time to talk with me whenever I am in the store. Check them out, I have been buying from them since 1972. More
Very dishonest dealership. I would never use them again. I had the best experience here. I orignially went in to get almost $200 worth of services done. The staff knew their stuff and was able to tell me that my fuel filter didn't need to be changed because the get almost $200 worth of services done. The staff knew their stuff and was able to tell me that my fuel filter didn't need to be changed because the newer model of my car had it internally, so that was off my list. Didn't charge me for the break inspection because it was thrown in with the tire rotation. They brought my almost $200 bill down to $42. They even gave me a special that had expired and I didn't have or mention the coupon. I was very impressed. Other dealers I have worked with would have charged me for everything and tried to upsell me. Very much worth the vibe. More
