I can't say enough about the incredible customer service I received when I took my 2010 Ford Edge to North Country Ford Lincoln Mercury for routine maintenance. They anticipated my arrival, there was no waiting to get checked in, and they came to find me in the waiting area when my car was done. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00am, and when I showed up 5 minutes early, there were several cars ahead of me waiting to be processed. I thought I was in for a 10 to 15 minute wait. To my surprise, a up 5 minutes early, there were several cars ahead of me waiting to be processed. I thought I was in for a 10 to 15 minute wait. To my surprise, an employee came out and asked me to please be patient, and they would get me processed as soon as possible. Less than 5 minutes later I was checked in and my vehicle was being worked on. Nice waiting area and in no time, my vehicle was ready. They are so friendly when you come in there. They are ready to come to your vehicle as soon as you enter the garage. They have popcorn in a popcorn maker and also coffee in the side hallway.
