Wish the tech had cared. Brought my vehicle in for a recall. Service advisor was dewayne Greer. Had no issues with Dewayne, kept me informed on progress. Happy that the vehicle was washed when I pick it up. Looked like they took good care of my vehicle during the week they had it. However not pleased with service tech. After recall the vehicle no longer idles normally, pops and burbles can be heard just sitting at idle, lots of engine vibration that was not there before recall. When cruising around 30-40 the engine bucks or almost surges. Vehicle was driven roughly 7 miles after repairs from what I can tell. There’s no reason for it to have gone unnoticed. I have yet to open the hood due to being scared of what I’m gonna find. More
