Didn't honor a commitment. At 5000 oil change, service person said my next oil change would be on them because I waited quite a while. Came in for next oil change and mentioned At 5000 oil change, service person said my next oil change would be on them because I waited quite a while. Came in for next oil change and mentioned that to service person who I did not work with before and it was not in the computer for free. They talked a little among themselves and it seemed they thought that would be ok. However, when Ryan came to get me when they were done, he said everything looked good and all I had to do was pay the cashier. This stunned me because I assumed it was free. Not happy. Very disappointed. More

Brake pads cost 400? Just felt I came in to have a routine brake job done which I usually do myself.I had a coupon for 179.00 with rotors turned and new pads.Expressed my Just felt I came in to have a routine brake job done which I usually do myself.I had a coupon for 179.00 with rotors turned and new pads.Expressed my budget was around 200.00.I get an estimate for 447.00 saying rotors need to be replaced and that after waiting 1.5 hours they will now start working on the car.Took over 3.5 hours...so Quick and isn't so quick in my experience.But I understand things take time to do but saw so many customers come and go before me.Also just wanted to say the service staff and mechanics seemed to have alot of arguing conversations out front in front of customers.I work customer service and they should not do that in ear shot of the customer.Probaly with look elsewhere to have any work done in the future. More
