Poor management I was lied too about my first authorized work order parts and labor out the door twice on his first call to me! I authorized a second work request and I was lied too about my first authorized work order parts and labor out the door twice on his first call to me! I authorized a second work request and that was added accordingly. The part in the DEF tank has been replaced twice now. Jack Hackman lied to me, and when you get greeted in the service shop you get to meet LOYD the disgruntled ignorant old man. The only plus to the service work there is the vehicle rental person and the Quicklane. I went to pick up my vehicle an hour after notified by the shop and I was never explained the work done other than deciphering the shorthand myself. Thus the lies that I was told for the first work order payment amount. Why was no service manager explaining this too me? General Manager next time maybe???? The cashier was polite and had to leave her work station to go to the service desk as she had no paperwork to release my vehicle.
