Worst since I have been bringing my car there Have to go back because oil change message came on today. The past three times I have been in my tires are on a yellow watch. Makes me not trust you. Next my remote start is not working and you do not have people there on Saturday that can look at something as simple as that so can’t get in until Next Monday. Not a good time to be with out a remote start. I left two messages for Rachel and she never called me back and Scott Smith was going to get back to me on the tire thing and never did. More

After that I observ My latest experience with the north country Ford service department was such a pleasant experience. I got my oil changed and left. After that I observed that my rear impact detection system was not alerting me when i got close, so i came immediately and informed the service desk. The service desk manager came out to work with me, and the service was so great. He worked with me till we found the resalution to the problem. Instead of what i had experienced before. Your service manager is a top tier contributer. More
