I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service visit. Unfortunately your tire had a nail in a spot that is unsafe to repair. It is important to us that our guests vehicles are safe, and we do not perform unsafe repairs on tires. Unfortunately, many of todays lugnuts do become swollen over time. Our technicians have oversized sockets to take off swollen lugnuts, however, there does become a point when even those are no longer effective. Again, we use these special tools to avoid added costs you and other guests. Perhaps Sam's Club doesn't utilize these tools and as a result were unable to remove the lugnuts. We would truly like the opportunity to discuss this matter with you and to resolve your concerns. We hold ourselves to the utmost level of integrity and feel this is a matter of misunderstanding, or a lack of communication.
