Fixed Radio The AM band on my radio didn't work. Diagnosis was parts were needed. Took a while to get parts, not the dealership's fault, but work was done today. The AM band on my radio didn't work. Oil change and....and....and. Came in for an oil change. Agreed to tire rotation. Tech called that rear brakes needed work. We questioned (low miles, no trouble noticed, etc.), but Came in for an oil change. Agreed to tire rotation. Tech called that rear brakes needed work. We questioned (low miles, no trouble noticed, etc.), but eventually agreed. On the way home noticed the car was now thumping. After getting the run around on the phone (what was done? not our department) brought it in to hear from another tech that now the front brakes need work. This was the only place our car had ever been serviced, but after this we will not be back. More
