Oil Change Arrived at the dealership without an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes. Transfer case fluid change After having my Edge at another repair shop for a fluid service, I was told they could not or would not change the transfer case fluid. And recommende After having my Edge at another repair shop for a fluid service, I was told they could not or would not change the transfer case fluid. And recommended replacing the transfer case at a cost of approximately $2500.00. This vehicle has 150,000 miles on it so I explained to Brent that if possible just change the fluid. It doesn't whine or vibrate so I'd rather use the borrowed time to save up for a new vehicle. I admit I've not been to a dealership for years but may make North Country my first call for my next repair. Brent was wonderful and I got a car wash before the car was returned. More

Unnecessarily long wait I came in for an oil change and waited two hours. Went to the service window to inquire. Come to find out, they forgot to come and get me. That put I came in for an oil change and waited two hours. Went to the service window to inquire. Come to find out, they forgot to come and get me. That put a pinch in my day. Not to happy to have been missed. Will probably go to a different dealer at the same distance from home. Sad day, they lost my business. More
