I left feeling good that I had brought my truck in. He called me later in the day and explained what had been found, and what it would cost to repair it. I had the Truck repaired and he had given me the correct day it would be ready, and what the final total was. I have my truck and am happy how I was tearted. More

Recall on airbag issue I made an 8:30 am appointment a while back for today (March 14) to have both passenger and driver side airbags to be replaced due to the big Takata (s I made an 8:30 am appointment a while back for today (March 14) to have both passenger and driver side airbags to be replaced due to the big Takata (sp?) recall program. .The letter I received mentioned only the passenger side airbag but the gentleman I made the appointment with said that parts were now in stock to do both sides and he said both would be done on March 14. Everyone I worked with earlier today was excellent...they were informative, on time, etc. However, only the passenger side was done. I have to wonder why the first gentleman was sure that both could be replaced. The man I spoke with today said that Ford's policy might not allow both sides to be done...even if the parts are available. This apparently is not the problem for North Country Ford...they have been an excellent dealership from the day I purchased my current Ford Ranger in 2006. But Ford's policy just forces me to make another appointment somewhere down the road to take care of the driver's side. Again I have nothing but respect for the treatment I have received from North Country.. More

"The Works" and Warranty Work When I brought our 2014 Focus in for "The Works" oil change and service, the service department told me that there was a recall on some of the clutch When I brought our 2014 Focus in for "The Works" oil change and service, the service department told me that there was a recall on some of the clutch assemblies and asked if they could run the diagnostics while the car was there. Seemed like a good idea since the car had been chugging when shifting gears. Turned out the clutch did need replacing and if they could have the car overnight they could make the needed repairs. They provided me with a loaner and the car was ready to go in a few days. There service is fast, courteous and thorough. More
