Chris helped me and I was extremely happy with the service I brought my truck in with what I thought was a bearing problem.Chris at the service desk helped me . I was given a loaner car to use.The service dept. could not diagnose what was wrong because the noise would not continually present itself.I was advised to drive my truck until the noise was more constant and then bring it back.I was very happy with the service that I received and will bring my truck back when the problem is more evident. Recall Work I was in to get recall work done and had a great experience. There were work stations so I could get work done- and the coffee machine ground the cof I was in to get recall work done and had a great experience. There were work stations so I could get work done- and the coffee machine ground the coffee fresh by the cup! I did not use it this time, but there is a nice room for kids to play and watch kid shows- I may be back for routine maintenance for that reason. Thanks North Country- Jesse More

And suggested I set an "service appointment" I spent over two hours there for them to do nothing or suggest nothing. With previous cars, I would go to random car shops and get no satisfaction, thinking going to Ford directly I would get better results knowing I would have to pay higher price but thinking my car is in better hands. I would think someone reading the emails, should of called me or emailed me and suggested that I would need to arrange for an different appointment. More
