I purchased a vehicle from them a few days ago. I have to agree that their service is just the worst. Also they made several mistakes processing my order, specially with financing. In addition this "finance" agree that their service is just the worst. Also they made several mistakes processing my order, specially with financing. In addition this "finance" guru Beau, was absolutely rude and tried to belittle me because I was not agreeing into purchasing his GAP insurance and other junk he was offering me. Basically saying, I am stupid and if I had brains, I would get his "extras". My learning experience here, deal with my bank directly and skip all these middle people. More

This ford dealership has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I have bought several fords and like the product but would never return to this location. The employees are rude combative an I have ever dealt with. I have bought several fords and like the product but would never return to this location. The employees are rude combative and condincending to the customer...They are more than willing to make a sale but will not back up the product and will charge you for thier mistakes....My suggestion would be to go to other locations...
