Excellent Immediate Service Antoine Rodney took care of me right away. Eventhough I just showed up with no appointments he took me in like a homeless, pitiful wayward child in n Antoine Rodney took care of me right away. He went out and looked under my car and immediately knew what was wrong, THE EXHAUST! He did tell me other cars were in front of me so it might not be serviced right away, which I was fine with as long as it got fixed. A few moments later after I left he texted me and gave me a surprising quote and said they could fix it without having to replace any parts which I thought was AMAZING! My second review on this dealership, service related Had an issue with a used car, which was dealt with in no time. Facts: - I called at 8:30 reporting the issue - 12pm the same day it was towed away Had an issue with a used car, which was dealt with in no time. Facts: - I called at 8:30 reporting the issue - 12pm the same day it was towed away - 3pm I was able to pick the car up Mister Antoine Rodney turned this unpleasant situation into a good experience. This dealership is definitely worth working with. The only drawback I would highlight so far is my personal view on the replaced brand. My issue was with the tires, and I must admit I've never used anything rather than Michelin or Continentals before. So the existing ones were replaced with a set I wouldn't buy them myself. But all 4 tires were replaced with a brand new set of 106H tires and the shop assured me that they completely stand behind them. So now I have an opportunity to test a cheaper set on a new car, which I don't mind for now. More
