He offered me suggestions and even called the eventual car I would fall in love with. He worked with me to ensure everything was taken care of, and I can not stress how patient he was with me. To top it all off, the day I was expecting to pick up my car we got hit with a snow storm. He ensured me I'd be able to get my car that day snow and all-- Something I was very surprised with-- but also very excited about! Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I also want to give a shout out to Sosa who worked with me on my loan. He was another one who was patient with me, answering all my questions-- never losing his cool once, even after I returned to the dealership later in the day to question the details of my loan. Sosa worked with me to ensure I felt like I was getting the best deal, working with me to come up with an agreement we were both happy with!
