I'm in shock at this moment So I have had my car for two weeks on the third day I noticed theses things but couldn't get in until Saturday today the 14th of July to address the i So I have had my car for two weeks on the third day I noticed theses things but couldn't get in until Saturday today the 14th of July to address the issues. I spoke with rob to set up the appt. he acted as if I should t worry they'll check it out. When I got there they wrote down the issues which are my wind shield wiper only wipes on a slow speed( it rained the other day hard and I couldn't make it faster so I decided to hang it until the rain kinda just slowed down because it was kinda hard and I can't predict the weather but I know my wipers aren't really working right !??) better safe then sorry. The breaks are squeaking and also on the highway coming to a stop they vibrate. The car makes a noise like do do do do do do do constant when you hit 40-80. It's like a little helicopter noise. It was a rental car and has 53,879 miles and is a 2017 so yes the outside looks good but the inside under the hood I want to make sure is okay. I hear a slight click when turning into my spot in my garage where my car is stored. And I swore I heard a little rattling when in the drive through at t ATM. And when I arrive to my appt I was given AGEE FARID to I guess help me with my concerns. His demeanor and attitude were already pretty much like nothing's is wrong but when can test drive it. I was like okay. I wanted to go with you. I even told the guy ROB WHEN I CHECKED IN. I was like how do we connect everything like do you just write this down the I go wait and boom the problems are addressed and fix med or do I touch base and take a ride with a service guy to express my concerns ? He said sure I can let them know you want to go..... I was like is that okay is it normal to people do that? He's like yea it shouldn't be a problem. But it was weird. ...... then. I go sit and come back my. Ads is GONE im like of course.... and no one is at the service desk so I go and come back and I'm like where is the car ? I thought you was going to let me know so I am ride with the person? He's like oh is it already gone let me take a look...... I can see that he knew but was acting it out. Then I stood at the vending machine and FARID approached me like are you ready. I was like oh hi I'm so and so and are you the person I'm goin with and I tried shaking his hand. He seems upset. So he's like yea so I drive the car everything seems fine. And I chuckled and was like well can we go together so I can show and tell you what I hear. And he has this super arrogant demeanor which I didn't get yet I'm like why is he being such a bully about it. He's like well how fast should I go? I don't hear anything. This is a lot for a new car. He's like this list is long. And I'm just quiet kinda nervous and he's like yea I can't hear anything. We made a left out of the parking lot and went down that rode which is another left right on the side of the dealer ship. There are rocks pot holes. Etc. how can you hear the noises I'm stalking and concerned about if we're going 15-20 miles an hour on a broken down rocky rode and it's seems like his mind was set like it was personal. I can asked him you seem to be annoyed like your the one who services the car or did the inspection when I got it and now I'm Back and you seem so annoyed. And also the sales guy said he was going to get scratches buff of the trunk but the 6-8 little scratches are still there and today he's like oh I know exactly where they are I can bring it for you IF YOU WANT🙄 And they can buff it out. Like what do you mean if I want like that was suppose to be done but know if I complain I'm and annoying customer. And lol this is how I was treated for minor concerns. What if something major happens? I'm so annoyed I went to north end because it's like the sale s people want the reviews to get new customers have you sign in the line then your thrown to the wolves in the service dept. that is pretty much where I'll be unless I'm buying another car so I'm askin myself why would I want to depend on a service department who yells at you for asking for help. The guy AGEE ends up walking back and forth slammed MY car door yells from my at to the front office. Yells at me inside the office saying this is not how they do business and all this stuff as if he always goes through bad experiences I cried when I left I even asked them if this was normal and is there anyone else and they said he's the boss. So I'm like great so he's my only option here at north end motors. So at this point I want to jut get rid of the Car and go somewhere else because I don't want to deal with people like that like after his temper tantrum no one could put their heads up everyone's heads were down as if that behavior was normal. I just couldn't believe it. I tried calling the general manager and he was unavailable. I wish I never bought a car from there my mother told me not to and I went anyway. And I kinda wish I never did. I don't know what the process is with the bank and going to another dealership. I wish I never went there. Sales just get you in act super nice and service slaps you in the face if you have and issue and slams a door in your face and callld the door NORTH END MOTORS. More
