Horrible experience and nothing but problems with car I bought a car that wouldn't pass inspect and has an ongoing list of issues including *windshield not replaced within 7 days as said would happen; w I bought a car that wouldn't pass inspect and has an ongoing list of issues including *windshield not replaced within 7 days as said would happen; webbed glass in driving view *had severe shaking 14 hours after picking it up- didn't balance my wheels until I brought it back *reported a significant pull to the left; was told that car has a natural pull to the right *could not recreate a clunk that I heard when I turned the wheel *check engine light has come on multiple times, not fixed or it wouldn't keep coming on *severe leaking noted today when it was raining out- leaking inside of the cabin on the passenger and driver side under the dashboard/glove box and near emergency brake Keep getting the run around. Eddie Kim feels it appropriate to tell me this is my fault; Emilio trying to remediate the problem, but maybe it's because the car is just a lemon- which he can't fix. Ashley didn't book 2 appt for detail that she said was booked and confirmed; another associate told me with an attitude to call the state because apparently asking for my $27k car to be drivable was asking for to much. More
