Great experience I was in the market for a used 2014 Q50 and I came across Northend Motors on TrueCar.com. After requesting availablity, sales rep Ahmahd called back p I was in the market for a used 2014 Q50 and I came across Northend Motors on TrueCar.com. After requesting availablity, sales rep Ahmahd called back promptly and we set up an appointment time for me to come in that Monday evening 11/13/17. I ended up having to switch times and come in early which Ahmahd had no problems with and was able to see with in a few minutes of arriving. I explained was I was looking for a what my budget was. Not at any point and time did he try and force me in to anything I did not want or couldn’t afford. Ahmahd is very knowledgeable in what he does and he made to the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Also worked with Brian in finance and had no issues on that end as well. Issues that did occur had nothing to do with them but was on my end since I chose to go with my own bank for the loan. I did see some bad reviews, but not everyones experience is the same so I told and chance to see for myself. Overall experience was great. I picked up the car today and so far so good..... More
