Tori was very patient and let us test drive anything we wanted. Being a used car dealership, not one specific dealer, she had basic knowledge. Once we picked a vehicle the paperwork and everything was pretty painless but took a while. The dealership does not negotiate but the listed price was lower than anything else we saw online. More

Good experience I hate buying cars. My anxiety is always through the roof and it feels like everyone is trying to screw me. However dealing with the salesman Geoffr I hate buying cars. My anxiety is always through the roof and it feels like everyone is trying to screw me. However dealing with the salesman Geoffrey (Jeff) was actually nice. Good guy who didn’t try to talk me into anything, sat in for the test drive, had some laughs and he was pretty personable. Not in the fake salesman way though. The sales manager is a no bs kind of guy. Personally i respect that. Really smooth experience, took less then 24 hours to look at the truck and drive it off the lot. Can’t bring myself to give them five stars yet but that’s probably just a because of past experience with other dealerships, and the deal is less than a day old. Not a fan of car dealerships, but I’ll without a doubt revisit north end motors next time I’m looking for a vehicle. More
