Im sure everyone reading this wants the most of thier money. So lets be real! Back to what I was saying ... Horrible !!!!!!!! I wish there was a box with big X on it. The only reason why they got 1 star is because that is the only way that I will be able to write this review. I was referred by someone so I looked online and found a car that I wanted. Upon getting there, I was not formally introduced but was just asked for my license so that I could test drive the car. Yes, I did like the car but I was not given any appropriate information. I never received carfax. For financing, I never recieved the APR. I was told that I could not negotiate the price which seemed odd to me. & it was only when I came to sign the paperwork, that I got the total amount. No one knows the slightest information outside of their department. Afterwards, there were things that needed to be fixed with the car and Ive been waiting almost a week to get it fixed when it shouldve been done within three days. Ive been on a wild goose chase trying to get answers and call backs because everyone is either "busy" or "will call back". Prior to the sale: consistency, assertiveness and accuracy on days and times things would be handled. After the sale: lack of communication, confusion on who is doing what and lack of empathy for customer. Heads Up*: if you are trying to find out information on the car you purchased, you will be tossed back and forth from department to department and when you get a hold of someone, they probably wont know the answer. This is just my review. If you decide to go there to buy a car, please make sure youre in contact with the general manager throughout the entire process because you will be in this process for awhile. They assure their customers that they are the best dealership in New England because of how they treat their customers. Um FALSE to the 100th degree. Worst Car Experience EVER! More
