I did not feel pressured at all to buy or even look at any particular cars - I had one car I was interested in only. Carlos was great! Showed me the car, answered all questions, offered a test drive, again no pressure. Everyone inside was friendly. The finance manager was also extremely helpful. She didn't try to push anything on me, but politely offered what could be added onto the car and the prices attached. My little guy even got a purple cow to distract him! The car was detailed and fixed up great within a few days. Highly reccomend!! More

Bought 2 cars in last 6 months Last Fall I needed a reliable, safe car for my 18 yr old daughter to take to college in NH. Bought her a 2012 Jeep Patriot in late November. She is very happy with the car, and has had positive experience with service people at North End Motors. Fast forward, my old car needed to be replaced due to age and safety issues. Bought a 2013 VW Tiguan. I send my daughter to do the 'shopping' thinking I'd take the Jeep and get her a 4x4. The sales person, Christopher Welcome, could not have been nicer - taking daughter and her posse out in a selection of cars I had listed for her. Turns out she was shopping for me ! He was easy to talk to and very personable. Keith one of the managers was really great as well. Art, who dealt with the finances was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful This is the second time We have purchased a car here and although it won't be for some time, We would definitely come back. I bought a 2012 Audit A4 back in February and I couldn't be happier. There was no need to haggle with the price since it was the best price in the area for the age and mileage of the car. In addition, when there was a minor issue with the car, it was taken car of immediately. North End Motors was recommended to me by someone who gets his car serviced at the Canton location on a regular basis. Needless to say, I am taking his lead and going there in the future as well.
