Decent Experience I had been here twice before without buying (found what I was looking for elsewhere), but each time I was treated with respect. The third time, I went as a co-signer for a family member. My mother had always used cash all her life and never created a credit history. We went in considering an SUV and spoke to Mr. Welcome. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful when I came listening to her concerns and her credit issues. He suggested she take a look at a 2012 Chrysler 200 as an alternative option to an SUV. After a test drive, she fell in love with the car and the process began. I expected extra legwork due to my mother's lack of a credit history, but 'lost' paperwork and additional paperwork required multiple trips back to the dealership. Three weeks later, she finally drove off the lot with her new car. PROS: - Christopher Welcome was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable - Price seemed fair under the circumstances - Car seems (as of 3 months after purchase) to be solid CONS: - Multiple trips to the dealership to redo/submit paperwork - Conflicting stories explaining the delay of delivery - Pressure to write a glowing review began before the delivery of the car - Seemingly no communication within the dealership as to what was needed or expected More

To start Corey Gray helped me with all my questions and kept the conversation flowing with some jokes in between I was there for a total of 6 hours and honestly I would do it again if i was able to work with him. This was my first car buying experience and honestly a new college graduate not making much I didnt have much confidence that I would come out a winner with a car, but low and behold not only did I get a car but an even better car than I was going for at an amazing rate!! The other gentleman Philip Chancey came in to check on me and the status of everything the entire time I was there, he reassured me that everything was going to work out and go great for me and it sure enough did and then some! overall I commend these men as well as the other sales reps I was lucky to meet that day.
