Great experience, great sales and finance people I went there to buy a car on one of the busiest day to buy a car. My sales rep was Terrell W. He answered all my questions, understood what I wanted and helped me with the process. The finance dept and Manager Sadia was great too. After shopping around I do believe they got me the best term and rate for my financial situation than I would have gotten anywhere else. They may have just changed my perceptions of car salesmen. The sales people don't try to be overly friendly and fake. No mind games, no pressure tactics. No overselling. Friendly and professional atmosphere! Great spot to buy a car. In 15years of car shopping, this might have been the best experience so far. They have some nice cars with low miles in great condition so expect to pay top dollars. My only grip is that I would have like to get more for my trade in. oh well. More

He was very personable, and not extremely aggressive like most sales people. He made sure to find the car that was perfect for me. I also had the fortunate opportunity to work with the manager of the dealership Patrick. Patrick was great in getting me what I wanted. The car had worn tires on it. I pointed that out to Patrick, he with no hesitation agreed and put new tires on the car for me. They Detailed the car and then dropped it off at my apartment for me. Shayne then called me the following day to make sure everything was going well with my new car. My experience with North End Motors was awesome!
