He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and found some great choices to test drive. When I was undecided on whether or not to buy, he didn't pressure me and was more than accommodating with multiple test drives. He literally spent the entire day with us. They did not disappoint! Despite the fact that the car we came to look at had been sold the day before our appointment, the staff, particularly Ryan Ploof, was attentive to our needs and found several cars to look at. After hearing our financial concerns, Ryan picked out the perfect car for us to look at and delivered on the price we were looking for. No pushy sales tactics, no false promises. Very good experience I went in on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at a truck they had on the lot that I had seen online and looked like a good deal. It's about 1hr 15 I went in on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at a truck they had on the lot that I had seen online and looked like a good deal. It's about 1hr 15min drive from where I live to the dealership but I was very interested so I made the trip anyway. I'm glad I did. Carlos Alonso was my salesperson and he was very friendly and even stayed late on Saturday past closing to finish up the deal along with his manager Philip Chancey. We went back and forth a couple of times to get my payment where I needed it to be but they made it happen! There were a couple of items I noticed with the truck during the test drive that needed looking at and they fixed them up before I took the truck and I couldn't be happier. As part of the deal, I was trading in a vehicle and I forgot a couple of things that I noticed after getting back home. I called up and Carlos went out and took them out and put them in the mail back to me so I didn't have to make the drive back down to pick the items up. Very good customer service, thanks for a great experience! More

Good experience with saleperson but This was the first time I have purchased a used car so I was not sure what to expect. I had an excellent experience working with Walter. He seemed f This was the first time I have purchased a used car so I was not sure what to expect. I had an excellent experience working with Walter. He seemed fairly new but he was very attentive and worked with me for several hours to get to a good deal - I love the car. He was patient and I would recommend working with him for sure. I also worked with the finance expert, Missy - she was kind, patient and found me a great deal with a lender. The next day I came back to pick up my car in the mid-afternoon. Because the statewide RMV system was down, I waited 5 1/2 hours to get my car. The other sales people would stop by in the waiting room to say hello but given the time I was there, it became a joke among them all ("when do we ask you for rent?"). When I finally got the car, which was suppose to be completely done, I was told to wait a little longer so they could get some gas in it...and that is what I got, a little gas. Given my patience and willingness to put up with waiting when someone could have gone to the RMV personally to sort things out, I would have AT LEAST expected a full tank of gas...it was filled exactly halfway. And given that all oil and fluids were done in their service center, I would have also expected someone to provide a $35 inspection sticker for my wait time. Also, in the light of day, a car that I paid extra for ResistAll had black marks on the interior and smudges on the door jams/near where your feet would come out of the car. I brought the car to an Infiniti dealership to get it inspected and completed the detailing. Those few things that could have been done to provide better customer service were lacking and not even a thought. I would recommend this dealership for someone not concerned with what I would consider good customer service (i.e., just picking out a car and going) BUT there is a generally pleasant team and I would recommend working with Walter & Missy. More
