Our appointment was on time and the paperwork process moved along quickly. Our salesman Bernie was friendly and knew the answers to our questions on the spot. There was a spot on the door frame and when asked about it, he said the service department will go through the car with a fine-toothed comb. He called the next day to inform us they changed the tires "because it's not right for you to have to replace them in 10,000 miles." Sadia completed the financial end of it and we were on our way. This dealership is five stars! More

Ryan ably dealt with our questions about the car of interest - a 2013 When we visited North End Motors, we were introduced to a salesman, Ryan Ploof. Ryan ably dealt with our questions about the car of interest - a 2013 Camry XLE. He was patient with us and never tried to push us into a decision. Ryan seemed to read our minds that we called to tell him we did not like the sport wheels on the car. Before we could tell him, he told us that he would remove the sport wheels and put factory wheels on the car. After seeing other cars, we decided to buy the car from Ryan and North End Motors! They are a professional organization, and they price their cars quite competitively. We recommend both Ryan Ploof and North End Motors. More
