I had been searching far and wide for particular features and I couldn’t find the right combination of amenities. I had been looking for about 4 months when I finally came upon one at North End Motors. My husband and I decided to go to the dealership to check it out. Ryan Ploof came out to greet us. After looking at the car and test driving it, it was exactly what I had been searching for! We went inside and worked out the numbers, set up a payment plan and now I’m the proud owner of an excetional car. Ryan did a fantastic job! Finally someone who knows something about cars I was not looking for a new car at the time but had the misfortune of an accident with my current vehicle that put me in a position of needing a new c I was not looking for a new car at the time but had the misfortune of an accident with my current vehicle that put me in a position of needing a new car and quick. I recently moved in down the street next to North End Motors and figured it was as good of any place to start my hunt. I arrived at the dealer in my mangled honda civic and was greeted by Phillip Chancey and explained my situation and what I was looking for price wise and style. Immediately he knew what I was looking for and found me a 2012 Nissin Sentra SE-R Spec V. After taking a test drive and working out the numbers this looked to be the one. Phillip was clearly a Car Guy right out of the gate and that's refreshing because being a car guy myself it was often annoying to deal with the "salesman" rather than someone who really understands cars. So I drove off the lot the following day with my sentra. I have had the car in for service for a few minor things. Almost always dealing with Rob from service and he has been great throughout each engagement. I will continue doing business here for future service needs. The only negative I have is that they do not have a loaner car when you drop yours off but as I work nearby its not a big deal for me to get a ride in on. More

Stress Free Experience I wasn't sure what I was looking for except I needed a vehicle with a third row. He also provided me the name of a salesman with whom he, his wife and daughter had helped them. I saw the car I was interested in on line and called and made an appointment with Ryan Ploof. Ryan was waiting when I arrived and we went to see the car, he took me for a test drive. There was no stress or pressure and he was a delight to work with. After purchasing the car, I found a few small things I wanted taken care of. They introduced me to a sales manager by the name of Patrick Rogers, who was very accommodating in addressing every issue I had. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family. Just so happens my daughter and her husband are looking soon and after hearing about my experience, they will be shopping there for their next car purchase. More
