I went to North End motors expecting the typical used car dealer experience, but didnt get it. I was met by Steven Page a salesman that should be twins he's such a great worker and person. Steven is a great salesman that "cares" about his customers, so I recommend if you go to North End Motors, see Steven :)He also has a great sense of humor, the whole process was simple and quick!! I went in to North End Motors a couple months ago originally, to do some scouting for a future purchase. They were very helpful at the time and although I didn't buy anything that day, I remembered t originally, to do some scouting for a future purchase. Morgan was very helpful in keeping in touch with me about new cars arriving to the lot, ones she knew I would be interested in. The car I was originally going to look at was out of my price range, but they quickly found me an alternative, and I beleive I got a better car than the one I went there to see. Phil did a tremendous job in selling me on the new car, which I hadn't gone there to see and had done less research on than the others. They worked with me with the payments to get them to a managable amount, and I walked away the proud owner of a 2007 Lexus ES350. I would absoultely recommend North End Motors to anyone looking to buy a high end used car, you won't be disappointned. More

Cy promptly greeted us when he realised we needed assistance. He proceeded to get an idea of what I was looking for and found the car in the system. When I found a specific one that interested me he pulled it up out front for a test drive. He even suggested, mid-test drive, that we stop at our house to pick up the car I was planning to trade in. Afterwards, he worked with us as best he could to come to a price that best suited us. Overall, Cy and the entire staff were very courteous and the customer service was great, making the entire process as easy and pleasant as possible. We were greeted by our salesman Cy Desrosiers when we arrived at the dealership who is very friendly and easy going. We were interested in a Hyundai Tucson that we had seen on North End's web site that b arrived at the dealership who is very friendly and easy going. He worked with us along with his manager on negotiating a fair price in addition to agreeing to take care a few repair issues we had with the car. Outstanding experience..I had a difficult situation involving my current car and my credit. Tony from sales, John behind the desk were extremely friendly and helpful and Mark in Finance got me into a involving my current car and my credit. As far as my experience is concern at N end Motors,I found customer service to be good in terms of being upfront about what they could do to get me in a car based on my credit situation.
