I had a problem with my vehicle, after purchase and they accommodated me with a loaner until the problem with my vehicle was fixed and to my satisfaction. If you need a vehicle, North End Motors will do everything they can to see that you get in one. They just will not put you in one, they want to make sure you are happy with their service. I would recommend North End Motors if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Fantastic experience I was looking for a very specific car, and not looking specifically to work with North End Motors, They had it, and when i asked to come take a look, I was looking for a very specific car, and not looking specifically to work with North End Motors, They had it, and when i asked to come take a look, i received a video showing the car proactively... didn't ask or expect anything like that. When i came in, Carly was extremely helpful. There were a couple of things i pointed out with the car, and they offered to take care of them. One specifically was a bunch of paint chips from rocks on the hood. They offered to touch those up. I bought the car on the spot. Carly did a great job following up with me throughout the process, and everything went as smooth as i could imagine. Upon taking delivery, i noticed that the touch-ups on the hood didn't match the paint job. It was more obvious this way than if nothing had been done at all. Carly continued to follow up with me and her manager to make sure that the situation had been addressed. Well - my car hood hasn't been repainted yet, but i did get a follow-up (after a short delay) that North End Motors would fix the hood coloring. I will update review if the paint job doesn't match the car, but i have high hopes. Besides a few quality control issues, i'd recommend this dealership to anyone... and specifically recommend asking for Carly since she is about as nice and honest as you can get. More

Great service and great patience I had the pleasure of working with Carly Poh on a purchase of a Jeep Patriot, and she was outstanding. I was actually helping my son look for/buy thi I had the pleasure of working with Carly Poh on a purchase of a Jeep Patriot, and she was outstanding. I was actually helping my son look for/buy this Jeep, since he lives/works in NH. From the moment that I walked in, everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Carly was fun to work with, and at no time was she pushy while I was looking at the Jeep. They even let me drive it up to NH to let my son have a test drive. Carly made sure to follow up on any questions or concerns, and she did a great job reaching out to me throughout the sale. The purchase process was just as easy, and Carly was very patient with my credit union, who dropped the ball numerous times during the loan process. Carly even drove the vehicle an hour and a half up to NH to deliver it to my son. Overall though, a great car buying experience. More

The car only came with be key, which is difficult because the durango citadel key with auto start is important to the operation of the car. Phillip chased up auction sites for over a week and a half trying to find the spare key- and after a lot of effort was able to find it. We were very happy with this follow up -which all occurred after the sale was done. Would definitely buy from north end motors again. More
