The car only came with be key, which is difficult because the durango citadel key with auto start is important to the operation of the car. Phillip chased up auction sites for over a week and a half trying to find the spare key- and after a lot of effort was able to find it. We were very happy with this follow up -which all occurred after the sale was done. Would definitely buy from north end motors again. More

Leap of Faith! As I had been searching for my next car, I came across North End Motors and found that their prices were very reasonable. I made an appointment to take a look at a Jeep Patriot at 7:30 pm. North End Motors closes at 8 pm and even though I walked into the dealership 20 minutes before closing, everyone was still very eager to help me and welcomed me with smiles on their faces. Carly was actually the first person to greet us and assured us that we were in the right place! I told her that I was interested in one specific car that I had seen on the website and she was not pushy for me to look at any others. As I took it for a test drive, Carly explained all of the benefits of purchasing with North End Motors, like the fact that all cars are completely serviced, detailed, and "fixed" before you drive away. They have a program called We Owe You, where once you purchase the car, you write down all of the things you would like to be checked or done before taking it home. I also brought in my current car to have it appraised for a trade-in and was very satisfied with the appraisal. It was fair and in the range that I expected it to be. Carly was very personable and genuine, I did not feel as though she was trying to haggle me or rip me off. We were able to come to an agreement and I am very pleased with the purchase of my new (new to me) 2012 Jeep Patriot Limited! Thank you Carly & North End Motors for being so accommodating! More

North End motors are your go to guys. They are a reliable dealer that beats out all of their competition. I went to quirk before north end and they told me a 2008 nissan altima coupe with 87k on it for 15000 was a great buy. and to help me they would knock off 3000. Honestly don't waist your time with people trying to "help" you by knocking off 3000. Quirk plays that game all day. Just go somewhere that thrives off integrity and will sell you a no BS price. They did it my way! I walked in to North End Motors last week to buy a car. Ryan Ploof greeted me and asked if I knew what I wanted to look at or did I want to browse. I saw the car I wanted online and asked if it was still available. He said yes and got the keys. He knew the car well and was extremely helpful. After we came back I told him I wanted it and and told him that I don't haggle. I had no problem paying the listed price minus trade in. What I wanted most was to drive off with the car today. He said he would do everything he could. Within 15 minutes I had signed the papers and he sent them on to finance manager Sadia Mahmood. 15 minutes later Sadia called me in and went over everything I had to sign including the financing. She faxed the info to the insurance agent. I told them I was going out for lunch and would be back in an hour and a half. They said no problem. When I got back the car was waiting out front all prepped and ready to go. Ryan pulled the plates off my truck and put them on the car. He handed me the keys and wished me well. Wow, only 4 hours start to finish! That's called accomdating the customer...Thanks Ryan and Sadia! More
