Great experience Ryan was on top of everything right from the start! I knew it would be a great experience. Ryan was able to help me out by picking me up from the T and drive me home on my first visit. He was friendly and it allowed us to get to know each other a bit more. I really felt like he was on my side. I knew which car I wanted so Ryan had it ready to go for a test drive and I could tell that he read up on his FIAT knowledge prior to my visit. I'm in sales too, and it's great when others are prepared and can present information well. After the test drive, I needed some help getting to the right deal for the car. Ryan needed to involve his sales manager. The manager was direct, came with evidence and presented a compelling argument for a few things. While I can appreciate that we ultimately came to a deal, I think my experience with him could have gone better than it did. I then worked financing with Sadia, she worked some magic and got me a great rate! Much better than any other dealership I've visited. I felt satisfied about our deal. I admit that I was not as trusting when it came to getting the loan docs to the bank and getting a good turnaround time, and it didn't help that Sadia was out the next day but the North End Motors team got business taken care of, and I was coming to pick up the car on the third day! My pick up visit lasted all of about 5 minutes and I am still impressed with how easy it's been with Ryan and Sadia at the North End Motors! Thanks you two! -JLA More

Worst dealership I have ever been to I have had two horrible experiences with North End Motors in Canton. 1. I went in to buy a car for my wife. The salesman was young and cocky. Afte I have had two horrible experiences with North End Motors in Canton. 1. I went in to buy a car for my wife. The salesman was young and cocky. After the test drive, he told his coworker to park it in the "sold" lot. He then forced the sale upon us and made us very uncomfortable. We said we didn't want to buy, but they kept having different people talk to us. Finally we walked out and said we felt very pressured. It turns out the finance dept was trying to screw us with a high interest rate when we both had great credit. 2. I went to test drive a car. I called 30 minutes before and asked if the car was available to test. When I got there, the salesman looked confused and said the car wasn't actually at the site. We had to drive over to the other branch to actually find the car. A simple 20 minute test drive ended up taking 2 hours. These guys stink. Avoid at all cost. More

Online we saw they had the same year and model car we had liked at a dealership close to home and the price was a few thousand lower and had more options than we had seen on the other car. We also were interested in looking at another model car they had there. We were greeted by Shea when we arrived and he was very friendly and he answered all our questions and went with us on a few test drives. He was extremely helpful in helping us look at vehicles in our price range with desired mileage and options we wanted. The finance person was also extremely friendly and helpful. Since it was a Sunday and the following day was a holiday we could not drive the car off the lot and would not be able to take possession of the car until Tuesday. That posed a problem with our work schedules and having the dealership 45 minutes away. Shea and Terrell delivered the car to us at our home on Tuesday. It was an overall excellent experience and we are now the owners of a gorgeous car whose Kelly Blue Book value is actually three thousand dollars more than we purchased the car for. I highly recommend Shea and North End Motors. More
