Fantastic experience We have not bought a new car in many years and this experience was painless. Our appointment was on time and the paperwork process moved along quickly We have not bought a new car in many years and this experience was painless. Our appointment was on time and the paperwork process moved along quickly. Our salesman Bernie was friendly and knew the answers to our questions on the spot. There was a spot on the door frame and when asked about it, he said the service department will go through the car with a fine-toothed comb. He called the next day to inform us they changed the tires "because it's not right for you to have to replace them in 10,000 miles." Sadia completed the financial end of it and we were on our way. This dealership is five stars! More

Ryan ably dealt with our questions about the car of interest - a 2013 Camry XLE. He was patient with us and never tried to push us into a decision. Ryan seemed to read our minds that we called to tell him we did not like the sport wheels on the car. Before we could tell him, he told us that he would remove the sport wheels and put factory wheels on the car. After seeing other cars, we decided to buy the car from Ryan and North End Motors! They are a professional organization, and they price their cars quite competitively. We recommend both Ryan Ploof and North End Motors. More

He gave me a complete walk though of the vehicle, bumper to bumper, inside and out. Rob took the time to answer questions i had of some of the vehicles technology that i was not familiar with. He was willing to walk me through every option possible for financing. He worked with me tirelessly on making my purchase smooth, relaxing and strees free.I would most definately refer my closest friends and family to Rob and North End Motors!!! More

I financed my car, and I didn't think it would be possible to get the financing with my credit situation. Ryan was able to give me the good news that he made it happen for me!! North End Motors works hard for their customers, and I am very, very happy that Ryan was my salesperson. He let me know what was going on at all times and was an easygoing person to work with. Now I am driving a car I am totally in love with, not one that I had to choose based on price. Some of my family members are in the market for a car, so there is no doubt that I will be sending them Ryan's way! More
Worst car buying experience ever!! No wonder the people at North End motors are pushy to get their customers to do these reviews ASAP!! My experience following the initial visit to pick out a car went downhill from there. My salesperson was good but after settling on a price I left and was told that I would be contacted by finance for my approval. They got me approved and had me come in to sign all my paperwork including loan paperwork. I found their dealer fee rather high. I have purchased no less than 80 cars in my life and I have never paid more than $195 for a dealers administrative fee. North End gets $495. Not sure where that goes as they do plate service in house. That night I went home and logged onto Progressive.com and added my car on my policy and paid the 6 month paid in full premium. So I was all set to get my car at the end of the week or so I thought. The next day I was phoned by Missy from finance which informed me that I was no longer approved and I needed a co-signer. I asked about all the loan documents that I had signed only to be told that they were now null and I no longer owned my Honda. A few hours later I was called again by Missy and told that I was approved by another bank and need to come in again to sign my loan documents. By the way I failed to mention earlier that I live about 50 miles away from North End motors. So I was ready again to get my car. I was phoned by Rob and told that my vehicle could get inspected as well and they would send it out and it would cost me $35. I assumed it made sense if they had to send it out to another location to get it done someone had to be paid for the sticker. Finally Saturday came and I got a ride to pick up my car. Rob did inform me that he didn't like to do deliveries on Saturday as it is a big car buying day but would have no problem delivering it as long as I agreed on a speedy delivery. After the 50 mile drive home I started checking out my vehicle and noticed that the plates issued to my car, again in house, had August tags on them. So I paid for a 2 year registration but only got 21 months till the next renewal. I also noted that on the inspection paper that North End actually does their own stickers. So the actually charge $35 to a service that virtually costs them nothing. So where does my $495 go towards? You already have that, my business for a car and you need another $35 from me for something that costs you nothing to produce? I decided to call the dealership and found Rob to be with a customer (gotta get another $495) so I was put with a sales manager named Patrick. Have you ever heard the expression "dumb as a bag of nails"? Patrick went on with many situations and analogies regarding my registration and sticker but never answered any of my questions with a straight answer. After a few minutes of him not making any sense at all I decided to cut my losses and hang up. This was just a second car for the family to save on gas but all I can say is savor the flavor North End, you've seen my last dollar. More
