Alex was very friendly and did a good job at getting my truck ready, however I would have liked the service shop to check over everything thoroughly first before delivering a vehicle to a customer. You cant teach great customer service its some thing you are born with and let me tell you David Augustin is a great example of that. Sales staff friendly and helpful until you sign the dotted line then you get no help. I purchased a car and was told to call when I had made arraignments with my insurance company so they could regist dotted line then you get no help. Expected it to be registered and ready to go. This did not happen. They told me the insurance company never sent the info. This is 5 at night and this should have been done first thing in the morning, so I don't know why they never would have followed up on this or contacted me. I spoke with my insurance company and they said they did not receive a request until after I went to pick up my car. So they lied to me and never tried to get the car registered. I waited over 2 hours and was told they could not do it that day and would have to come back another day. All I got was sorry tough sh@t, we already have your money. Horrible customer service, I would not go back to them. More

I have had my 2009 Mini Cooper for about 5 months now and am very happy with it and have had no problems. I had always purchased Saturns before because I hated haggling but the salesman, Steven Page, offere am very happy with it and have had no problems. The jeep we purchased was over $700 below blue book with really low miles and one owner car fax checked out. I had looked at numerous other similar jeeps both on line and in person and none came close to the condition or low miles or price - and all the other ones I looked at either needed or would soon need tires as opposed to the 4 new tires on this jeep!! And although the price was fair to start - Dan came down even more to make the sale. Missy took care of the paper work for the purchase and was really friendly and business like but also had a sense of humor making a tedious process go by rather quickly. All in all it was the kind of experience you hope to have when purchasing a vehicle but seldom do. I would strongly recommend north end motors of canton to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle both for the service and the selection of inventory on hand. More
