I purchased a car last week from North End motors, I worked with Luis Reyes. I went in on a Sunday to look at a 2011 Kia Sorento which was in amazing condition. Luis was very knowledgeable about the suv worked with Luis Reyes. I went in on a Sunday to look at a 2011 Kia Sorento which was in amazing condition. Luis was very knowledgeable about the suv and its features. He along with his manager, and Terry in Finance worked hard to get me a very good deal on financing. They also gave me a great offer on my trade in along with an extended warranty on the Sorento. I was impressed at the diligence they showed. I think my only complaint would be that the suv was not ready when promised, but Luis personally delivered the car to me on Friday and picked up the trade in. I want to add that the delay was not due to fault of his own. I want to thank Stephanie, not sure of her last name or title, and also Patrick Rogers for the outstanding customer service I was given. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends, they are impressed by the condition of the car and the deal I was given. More

Ive been to a lot of various kinds of used car dealerships either shopping for a car, test driving, or trying to trade in my current car. Lots of dealers are either over priced, have shady practic dealerships either shopping for a car, test driving, or trying to trade in my current car. Lots of dealers are either over priced, have shady practices, or just lack charisma. Even though the dealership is currently being renovated, Ive never felt more comfortable or more cared for than i did during my visit at North End Motors. I may not have bought a car, but I definitely know where I'll be going to have my 100K service done. Having only really dealt with Gordon, I don't know how the rest of the staff is but i do know that this is a quality dealer with a lot of great cars at fantastic prices. These people take pride in their work and enjoy spending time with their customers where other dealers might make you want to ball up your fists. Like I said they may not have been able to provide me with exactly what i was looking for but these people really do want to help and it shows. Gordon is also a math wiz and a very funny guy if you do happen to stop in ask for Gordon, you'll be glad you did. P.S. just as a reference Ive been to over 15 dealerships in the past 4 years More

It is not my first time dealing with this dealership, for obvious reasons. I had previously purchased from them when they had dealerships in Brockton. Made an appointment and when I got to the dealer I met Cy Derosiers, my salesman. He was honest and very, very patient. I already knew what car I wanted and I didn't want to waste either of our time. He was very knowledgable about the car, offering information I don't even think new car dealers would even know. This salesman takes pride in his work and really does his homework. Took the car for a drive and I agreed to buy the car. Financing me was tough. The financing company required a lot of paperwork because of my tough credit. The finance manager, Terry Shields, and the salesman, Cy Derosiers, were absolutely relentless in getting the financing company to get me approved, getting me a better rate than I would ever imagine. Their patience in dealing with me and the finance company is unsurpassed. It took over a week, because of my and my mortgage companies' fault, to get this approved and Cy kept in constant contact to keep me updated on what was going on. When I got the call saying everything was approved, It was a huge relief for me. I am very grateful for the dealerships understanding and for them going above and beyond for me. They have earned a customer for life. More
