We were there, after shopping online, to check out a particular vehicle. Gordon and Sadia were super helpful, and we ended up buying the vehicle and taking it home. The only odd thing was that it took from about 11 a.m. to almost 4 p.m. (including a lunch break), but perhaps that isn't so unusual after all. I purchased my 2010 toyota camry from North End motors, my salesman was Cy Desrosiers who was very informative of cars in general. For the car I got and the options that came with it I know I got a good deal compared to other dealerships. This is why I recommend North End, because you get great service and competitive prices. Saw a vehicle I was interested in advertised at $14,300. made an appointment to see it with my wife and kids. Liked the vehicle, sat down with sales man to discuss price. He spoke with sales manager and came back with much higher price than advertised $14,999? I showed him the ad I saw and took a screen shot of in my phone. He went on to say they work with real time market pricing and prices fluctuate??? What? We came to an agreement on a price 14,300 / 229 monthly paymentover 72mos. He shakes my hand, say congratulations and has us fill out loan paperwork. Tells us it'll be about 45 minutes to prep paperwork for sale so we take kids out to eat to get them out of the dealers hair for a while. only to return wait 20 min longer and have the finance guy sit us down and show us that our monthly payment is going to be $50 more a month reflecting the sale price to be even higher that the $14,999. I was so angry I just had to walk out. Meanwhile the finance guy is looking at me like I was crazy for being upset? My kids are asking me on the way out "are we going home in our new car daddy?" Sorry guys but no we were lied to about the price of the car! While driving home the sales manager doesn't even have the guts to call me himself. he has someone else call me and basically tell me I'm wrong about the agreement we came to! And then she has a revelation the manager mistakingly did his math on the computer with a $500 down payment when we came to an agreement on a price in error...but it still doesn't make up the difference in monthly payment? I wasted my time with this shady dealer and wouldn't suggest anyone else to do the same. More
This dealership is absolutely fantastic! First, the salesman Cy Desrosiers, in addition to being friendly, outgoing, and polite, was knowledgeable! As someone who considers themselves a well-rounded ca salesman Cy Desrosiers, in addition to being friendly, outgoing, and polite, was knowledgeable! As someone who considers themselves a well-rounded car guy, I can tell when someone knows what they're talking about, or if they are just reading from a script. Cy is someone who I can tell is very intelligent when it comes to cars. His demeanor is very pleasant and at no point during the transaction did I feel pressured. He engages his customers on both a personal and professional level. He is an ideal person from which to buy a car. Secondly, the finance manager Sadia Mahmood, was absolutely terrific. I have bought many cars from many different dealers over the years and never once have I found a finance manager who battles so diligently for her customers. Dealing with her was an absolute pleasure! She tirelessly worked out a deal that perfectly fit my financial situation. I certainly thank these employees for their hard work and recommend that anyone who goes to North End Motors seeks them out by name. A+ to Cy Desrosiers and Sadia Mahmood!!!!!! More
I went into this car dealership hoping to purchase a vehicle through them,but it didnt happen. I must say that their sales department team did try their best and were extremely patient. If it wasnt for Maribel I would've never went in the first place. Maribel was very sweet and friendly over the phone and when I went in person she was exactly that and more. Philip was the second person I worked with and he was very knowledgable and helpful Maribel did put me in good hands. It's sad to say that I didnt finance with them because of numbers and prices but they did work as a team and never judged me based on my credit or income. North End Motors is a great place and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Again J de Leon More

Salesperson Melissa was very nice. I didn't feel any of the usual pressure that you encounter at most dealerships. Everyone was straight forward and friendly. I had been shopping online for a Honda Civic coupe for a few weeks and saw one at North End that was an approximate fit. Went in to look and was met by Cy, my salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. We took it for a test drive and I decided to see if we could make the numbers work. After a bit of back and forth I got a payment I could live with and a car I wanted. Cy and Toni, the sales manager, did a good job of getting the car I wanted in the price range I could afford. There was a moment when I felt a little pressured but the end result again was the car I wanted for a payment I could make. Jason, the finance guy, was also very nice and easy to work with. The only issue I had was when we went to test drive the car one of the rear tires was very low. I pointed it out to Cy who explained that tire lose pressure when a car sits but I told him this seemed a little too low to me. When we made the deal on the car they said they would check the tire out before I picked up the car the next day. When I picked up the car they said they had checked the tires and put two new ones on the front. I asked about the rear tire that had been low and they said it was all set. I took the car and every day for 4 days I had to put air in it so I called and they told me they would fix it when I came in to pick up my registration and get it inspected. When I brought it back they told me there was a nail close to the sidewall and they replaced the tire. So on one hand if they had checked the tire they probably would have found the nail but in all fairness they also put a new tire on with no hassle. Overall a good experience. More
