I saw a used car with my requirements and it was for sale from this dealer. To be honest, I went to this dealership based on the ratings. I trust people experience more than ads. The sales person Mike did the job for me. I bought the car but the first time I turned on the car, it had gave a loud long screeching noise (Mike was there). At that point I dint know what it was but the noise was present every time I started in the morning. After researching I understood that the serpentine belt was to be changed and went to the dealer. I was concerned as I had to get back to their place within days of purchase. They changed the belt but surprisingly the noise came again after few weeks. I went back and I also noticed that my tire treads were really low. So I asked the sales personnel what was going on and they said they would not replace any tires but would take care of the noise. I was not happy because I knew the tires were good for only few thousand miles more but I had no choice. Then to my shock I heard the noise again after three weeks. So I had to get their again, 100 miles back and forth which they least bothered about. I asked them to keep the car for three days and they changed the belt again saying that the previous changes were bad belt issues and not their fault. I was not happy again. I dint get the noise again but I dint feel fine about their overall service experience. The sales dept was ok, not great. Mike dint bother to check back after the sale. Frankly I mean, who would want their new car in a service shop just days after purchase? I am absolutely sure they would have heard the freaking noise before they sold it to me. The dealership service dept should do better. More
My experience at this dealership was very relaxed and pleasant. David was willing to work with me to meet my expectations and keep me happy through out our business. We visited North end Motor Sales on Sept 27, With the idea of replacing our 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan which we bought there 11 yrs. ago. This van was never a problem. Besides the usual maintainance, Like tire, brakes etc. it ran very smoothly. Because it was such a good vehicle, we decided to come back to North End for our next one. Everyone we came in contact there was very nice.They Knew their jobs, and executed their responsibilities very well. David Augustin was our sales person, & he did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with the sale. He made sure the van, a 2010 Honda Oddesey, was in top condition before it left the grounds. He was very friendly, great personality, made it all as easy for us as possible. He ushered us through all of the different stages,& explained everything he did, to make sure we understood the process. I would recommend North End Motors to any of my friends, & tell them to ask for David Augustin as their sales person. We are very happy with our purchase, the way David handled it, and his pleasing personality. More
I went to NorthEnd Motors two months ago just to see what cars they had available, as I needed a vehicle for my daughter. As I was browsing the lot, I was greeted by David who offered his assistance. He was pleasant, respectful and was not trying to sell me a car. The reason I gave the ratings is that in the past at other car dealers, I felt pressured by the sales associates, and their goals were to try to sell me a car regardless what my budget was. Here at NorthEnd Motors I had a different experience. I told David what type of car I had in mind and what my budget was, and he respected that. I end up buying two vehicles, and was very pleased with the prices. Keep up the good work! More
Akeem made my vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. I felt like he listened to me and understood my needs. I am a single mom, and usually dealers like to take advantage of that. But Akeem kept me well informed and never made me feel as though he was trying to get over on me to make a deal. The only thing i did not like was the finance person. I wanted to pay cash for my vehicle and i got the impression and felt they were too aggressive in trying to make me finance the vehicle instead paying out right for it. I did not like that at all and it almost made me walk away and not purchase the vehicle at all. More
Alex was very friendly and did a good job at getting my truck ready, however I would have liked the service shop to check over everything thoroughly first before delivering a vehicle to a customer. I had to go back a couple times to have some issues fixed that could have been avoided if they didn't rush to get the vehicle ready for delivery. Other than that my experience was pleasant and the truck is great. More
You cant teach great customer service its some thing you are born with and let me tell you David Augustin is a great example of that. I almost fell out of my chair when he told me Congratulations!! He had the perfect car for me and the whole process took only an hour or so. I just picked up my new truck and the its AWESOME! Thank you to everyone at North End Motors you have made me a customer for life!! More
Sales staff friendly and helpful until you sign the dotted line then you get no help. I purchased a car and was told to call when I had made arraignments with my insurance company so they could regist dotted line then you get no help. I purchased a car and was told to call when I had made arraignments with my insurance company so they could register the car. I did this and told them when I would be coming to get the car. Expected it to be registered and ready to go. This did not happen. They told me the insurance company never sent the info. This is 5 at night and this should have been done first thing in the morning, so I don't know why they never would have followed up on this or contacted me. I spoke with my insurance company and they said they did not receive a request until after I went to pick up my car. So they lied to me and never tried to get the car registered. I waited over 2 hours and was told they could not do it that day and would have to come back another day. All I got was sorry tough sh@t, we already have your money. Horrible customer service, I would not go back to them. More
