My dealing with north end motors was a very pleasant one from the moment we got in to the parking lot and Morgan went way to the end of the lot to greet us to Sadia in finances. I have gone to N.E.Motors for regular car repairs. I needed a car to drive back and forth to work which is over 20 miles each way per day. I asked Rob about a Nissan Rogue I saw online. On Tuesday February 18, my wife and I visited North End Motors during a recent snow storm. As we approached the door, this nice gentleman from inside, rushes to open the door for us and introduced himself Motors during a recent snow storm. As we approached the door, this nice gentleman from inside, rushes to open the door for us and introduced himself as a sales person, providing a gracious customer service. During that terrible weather the sales person by the name of Ryan Ploof, spent a great deal of time with us as every vehicle that we wanted to see was in another location. Ryan got us nice SUV and drove us to other location and the entire time he was genuine concern if we were comfortable and trying to give us ideas on what we could get for a new vehicle do to the uncertain of what my spouse and I were looking for, Ryan patiently assisted us during our search for a few hours until we both agreed on the 2010 Mazda CX-7! Everything went so easy from the begging to the completion of our transaction. Ryan had stayed well beyond the end of his shift to make sure everything went well and the next day he called us to make sure we still were happy with our new purchase. We love our car, and we hope that anybody that is looking for a good experience buying a car or truck stops at North End Motors and see Ryan because they would be impressed! Thank you Ryan! Steve Cahill is THE BEST! Sadia, one of the finance managers, is also amazing! Both were so helpful and understanding about our repeated calls to check on the progress of bank/finance situation. They did everything in their power to get us in our car as soon as possible. Steve even called us on his day off..he went into the office for another customer and followed up with us too. He is an incredibly patient down to earth guy and I never felt judged about my terrible credit. My fiancé and I went to North End Motors "just to look" and never thought that I would actually get approved for anything due to HORRIBLE credit. We also had our almost 1year old daughter and 3.5 year old son with us running around, not sitting still and well.. being kids. Steve completely understood, and was amazing with them. He gave them stuff to color with, a stuffed animal and a full size candy bar ( that I'm pretty sure was his) He never let them interfere with helping us. At one point Steve even helped make my coffee while we were waiting because I had my hands full with my daughter. I worked as a customer service manager for years and the customer service here is impeccable. A really dedicated staff that works together to provide quality service. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision I was unsure of. Steve listened to all of my concerns and never dismissed any of them. Steve and Sadia got us in a 2010 Dodge Avenger that we love, that is safe for our babies..and looks and runs amazing. It's a beautiful car and in the week we've had it gotten so many compliments on it. I NEVER thought that financing was a real possibility for us because of my credit but I am so happy we made the trip here. I never actually end up writing these reviews but here I am. I even got a thank you card from Steve! I know I sound like commercial or something but me and my family were just beyond satisfied, and truly impressed with the service here. You don't see service like this everyday...or really ever any more. Steve and Sadia earned this run on review by being exceptional and really helping us, instead of just treating us like we were commission. We are so xxxx happy with our new car!! I really appreciate all the work they put in for us and couldn't be happier. They made what seems impossible for us happen. He and his manager worked diligently with me to get me the car I wanted and the monthly payment I could afford. Terrell Wooten made a car buying experience enjoyable. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. They were really serious about getting me in the car that I wanted. Most dealerships try to sell you what they want. Additionally, their level of commitment is unsurpassed. BELIEVE it or not, they even drove the car with me to get it registered during a snow storm...and I live in southeastern Connecticut. Excellent experience working with Zoila. After test driving the vehicle I was able to make a list of requests and the service department met ALL of them before I took the car off the lot.
