I visited North End Motors in Canton Ma along with my husband and father. We had previously purchased a PT cruiser from them in 2011 and wanted to trade it in for something bigger. I'm big on customer service and as we walked through the door Shea (salesperson) greeted us and worked diligently to help us find exactly what we was looking for. At no point did I feel as though this was just a job for Shea ,he definitely wanted to help us make the best decision for a vehicle for our family. We also worked with Jennifer Martinez in finance and she was great. She worked hard to get us the best deal she could on our car and was even willing to come in on her day off to continue to work with us. Overall the service was excellent, we even went back a week later and purchased another car for work purposes. I love my Ford Edge and I am thankful for the customer service and hard work effort that I received at North End Motors. K.J. More

The purchase of my new 2007 Toyota Camry XLE went surprisingly well...I couldn't have experienced a better purchase of a new car. I test drove it first with Philip Chancey who pointed out all of the features it had as well as educating me on the parts the car had to it and that I wasn't used to (i.e., heated seats, cd changer, cruise control, steering wheel controls, etc.)! Jen was super friendly and very clear in pointing out all the documents I needed to sign when the financing went through, making it a fun and comfortable experience. The wait at the end of the day was rather long, but when I look back a few days ago, I realize how much of a patient person I am and didn't allow it to bother me. Every day, I wake up with a smile, knowing I have this awesome new car in my driveway with an affordable car payment only to drive it to work and home feeling like I am literally driving on a cloud...what a fantastic experience! P.S.-I have already passed out a half a dozen cards to my coworkers and friends as well as posting this to my friend list on Facebook and which I have already received back a ton of "likes" and awesome comments! I can't wait for my lunch break today so I can go out and play with my new Camry again! Thank you so much!!!! :) More

I needed a new, reliable car and I needed it within the next few days. My mom and I walked up to the dealership not having a clue what we were doing. Steve Cahill intercepted us at the door and invited us in immediately. From that moment on he helped us out to the fullest extent. The dealerships I had visited before that day told me there was absolutely no way I had sufficient credit to buy a newer vehicle. It never once crossed Steve's mind that I may not be able to achieve this. He was also training a younger boy I THINK his name was Scott, he was also very pleasant and made the experience even better. I ended up getting a 2012 Toyota Yaris, something I had never thought about looking at before. It's like after 5 minutes of Steve and I talking, he knew exactly what I would love. Even the woman who helped me work out all the financing was delightful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Canton Motors and Steve Cahill to anyone who is looking to get a new ride! More

Uncertain of what my spouse and I were looking for, Terrell patiently assisted us during our second visit the next day - for a few hours until we both agreed on the 2012 Nissan Maxima! Everything went so easy from financing to the exceptional service excellence the sales staff provided use with. We love our car, and we hope to return in the near future to pick out a truck! Biggest rip off Service Center and car dealer in the state. They don't live up to promises made, trick you into buying extras that they don't honor. I visited North End Motors in Canton, MA last week and purchased a ‘05 Lexus. My experience from the initial greeting by the salesman through ultimate delivery of the vehicle to my home town in New Hamps purchased a ‘05 Lexus. My experience from the initial greeting by the salesman through ultimate delivery of the vehicle to my home town in New Hampshire was as pleasant and professional an experience as could be. Phillip Chancey was my salesman, and he was an absolute joy to work with, he had genuine enthusiasm for his work and an infectious passion for automobiles. My purchase was on a Saturday and I requested delivery on the following Friday, to accommodate my business travel schedule that week. The transport manager (Steve) continued the pleasant experience and even delivered the vehicle to my driveway, after meeting at the DMV to complete the registration. The competitive prices may be met by others, but the customer experience is second to none. These folks truly get it…customer service is every bit a factor in the sale, and they delivered. Thank you! I had been car searching on the internet for a used Volvo. Thought I found the perfect one here at North End Motors. I made an inquiry online for the vehicle, and received a phone call within 20 min to Volvo. Thought I found the perfect one here at North End Motors. I made an inquiry online for the vehicle, and received a phone call within 20 min to schedule an appointment to come and test drive this vehicle. After speaking with the sales person I agreed to meet with him when I got out of work (and also received a follow up email to confirm this.) After driving 30 min out of my way to this dealership, I was sat down and filled out some paperwork, once that was finished, the woman then went to grab the car for me to test drive. After about 5 min she comes back and tells me that "the car is at a different location in Brockton and now has a Sold sticker on it!! I was furious! This dealership was so quick to call me after making an inquiry online, but did not have the decency to call me and tell me that the vehicle was sold in the meantime (which is understandable, things happen!) I would have appreciated a phone call before completely wasting my time. I then called and spoke to a sales manager and explained the situation to him. I was told they would try to see if they can find another vehicle for me in the future, and that he would bring this situation to his General Manager and have his GM give me a phone call the next day....I have yet to hear from this General Manager. More
