After looking online we decided to stop in and test drive the car. We met with Armando who was genuine and relatable. We decided to make an offer and that's when Patrick got involved. Everything would have been great if he had stayed out of it! After haggling for a week, we got our car thanks to Armando. The items they said they would fixed are not fixed, but Patrick had to take a lower price for the car, so I'm sure that's why things went unfixed. I would recommend Armando highly, just tell him to keep Patrick out of the deal! More

We went to North End Motors on Saturday the 1th of August to test drive a few vehicles we had seen on their website. We were approached by a salesman named Bernie who immediately put us at ease. Bernie was very knowlegable about the vehicle, it's options and gas mileage which was a major concern for us as my husband will be using it to drive to work in RI and fuel costs are a big part of our budget monthly. We explained we were looking to finance and Bernie walkedus through all the applications. We then dealt with Nick in finance to complete our deal. Nick , again, was very friendly, personable and went over everything in detail. We would without hesitation recommend North End to others and will be going back to see Bernie specifically next year when it comes time to replace my car. More

Charlie was incredibly charming; not in a used car dealer way, but in a friendly, new best friend way. He's the sort of guy you want to go have a drink with, that you know is telling you the truth about wha way, but in a friendly, new best friend way. He was able to make an instant connection with me, and was equally charming with my friends who came the following day to check out my potential purchase, letting them test drive the car and put it through its paces. Everyone at North End was nice but the manager felt like a car salesman and was a little intimidating and pushy, enough that I was relieved when he walked away and Charlie came back. Honestly, if I had gone in there and met anyone else, I might not have bought the car I did, but Charlie made me feel like there was no pressure, which is an incredibly clever way to make someone buy something. I absolutely recommend this place, great selection of cars, great deals, friendly staff. But if you can get Charlie you wont want to walk away without buying something. More

I was looking for a honda fit but it had to be manual transmission. There were other dealerships around but I wanted to give North End motors a try because I grew up in Canton.
