Really appreciate the feed back, We are working on improving so this does not take place again. We are a mini registry at the dealership. We do not have all the capabilities as the RMV.I apologize for the inconvenience. They should have contacted you and told you , unless all the monies is in the house the car cannot be registered. We do rely on the insurance company to expediate and fax back the RMV so we could register the vehicle. We did speak with the Manager on duty about this incident. It could have been prevented to accomodate you better. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further question.
