I found North End Motors to be very professional and very easy to work with. They have a good selection of high end cars at great prices and their trade in offer was very fair. My Customer Care Representative was Leandro Amorim who could not have been more polite and helpful. There was no high pressure or up selling and he worked hard to get me a deal I could afford. The Business Manager, Terry Shields took care of all the paperwork within minutes and explained the process thoroughly. I live in NH and was really suprised to find that they would deliver the car to my house after it was detailed and prepped and pick up my trade in! All for no extra charge. Leandro called me to let me know when to expect the car and Steve showed up at the house right on time. He went over the features and made sure that all of my requests for detail work were taken care of. The car was exactly as Leandro said it would be, with every thing taken care of. The dealership called also prior to the delivery and Leandro called after the delivery to make sure that I was happy. I can't find anything to complain about. North End Motors was great. More

Phil was friendly and easy to work with, he understood what we were looking for and didn't waste our time. There was an issue with the plates and the registry but North End delivered my car and came back what we were looking for and didn't waste our time. The first time I drove the car however, there was a mechanical issue. Just a general wear and tear thing but with bad timing. I visited North End Motors having one specific purpose to purchase the Infinite G35X I saw online. He was knowledgeable about comparable cars, model year differences, and offered proactively to fix up the right wheel rim and patch up some fabric. And then he gave me a very good deal. I went with partial financing, and since I am a student right now with no income, Mark worked very hard to find a great credit union for me to work with at very reasonable rates. I really enjoyed the overall experience and am very impressed that North End also offers comprehensive service and also used-car warranty programs. I just bought a 2007 Nissan Murano from North End Motors. The 1st day we went to the dealership it was 90 degrees and we had our 10 week old infant with us and could not stay. Phil gave us his card and we went home and did some online research. Once we determined we liked the Murano we emailed and made an appointment with Phil for a test drive. From there the experience was pleasant and easy. Phil worked with us to get the vehicle within our budget. Mark from finance was also great to work with. The one hang up we did have had nothing to do with North End Motors in fact North End Motors went above and beyond to right the situation. We had an issue getting our insurance company to forward to necessary forms so that we could take our car home. After being there waiting for a few hours we decided to leave. We were disappointed that we would have to leave for our vacation without our new car. Shortly after we left our insurance company finally sent the paper work and Phil personally delivered the car to our house. I would definitely recommend North End Motors to someone looking to buy a car. More
