I perchused a 2009 KIA Spectra there about three months ago. Even though it was a great little car, it just wasnt the one for me. that was a good buying experance but I'll move on to this car. So he had me come in and test drive a few cars that he thought might fit me a little better. Then i fell in love with my car 2009 Chevy Malibu with only 25000 miles on it. Dark blue with nice chrome accents on it. Its only and LS but it has the upgraded 3.5 and fleet interior. Beautiful car! Not that old girly Malibu that your used to. Anyways this isnt a Chevy commercial so I'll get to it. We did the old back and forth, its a buisness thats what they do. But gordan knew were i needed to be and did what he could to get me there. you know everyone wants to leave at a buck a month but thats not going to happen. but when i left i didn't feel overwhelmed and that made me happy. So a day later i got a call pretty early asking me when i was coming in to sign. Later that day i signed a few papers and drove off the lot. Simple! They just about take care of everything. not only do i feel i got a good deal i have bumper to bumper up to 100,000. So if you have some money and need a good car for a good prise go to North End Motors. Ask for gordan. O ya I've even had them call me to come to a company cook out. More

It was my first time buying a car with an actual dealership and, while I had a general idea of what I was looking fo experience! Steve was awesome! It was my first time buying a car with an actual dealership and, while I had a general idea of what I was looking for in terms or budget, gas mileage, style of car, etc., I really wasn't sure of anything else. Steve listened to all my requests and then took me around the lot to show me each vehicle that fit with in my very broad parameters. He was extremely knowledgeable about each make and model and took the time to explain what each car had to offer. Steve was very patient with my indecisiveness, which, definitely helped me to relax and begin to narrow down my options. Never once did I feel rushed to make a purchase or that I was inconveniencing him by not choosing the most expensive car in the lot. After a few test drives I decided upon a car that fit exactly what I was looking for, including a few bonuses! Steve got the print out of the payment plan and walked me through the options of braking down the loan into monthly payments based on the length of time I wanted to pay it. Then, I was off to Mark in finance who helped me to finalize everything. I loved the atmosphere of North End Motors. They are professional but you can tell they have fun while they work. You feel like a friend rather than just another potential dollar sign. The best part is that they are the registry and mechanic and detail shop all in one. I walked in unsure and drove out, same day, in my brand new, registered, polished and freshly detailed car! I wish I had the money to buy a car every week because I would go to North End Motors and work with Steve every time! The sales process was solid. I didn't feel like i was being sold a line of BS as with the other dealerships that I had visited. Mike was straightforward with all aspects of the deal. The only issues I could cite were the finance person was somewhatm deceptive when putting the final papers together. that did not sit well with me. The second issue was that I needed to call to get my registration sent, was told it was sent but the postmark was a day after I called. I would recommend the dealership and would go back to buy another car from Mike. It was a very good experience. More

I was very impressed with the entire business from the selection of used cars to the service area. I was also impressed with the sales staff. I was looking for a very specific type of car - Came in to l selection of used cars to the service area. I was also impressed with the sales staff. I was looking for a very specific type of car - Came in to look at a Hyundai Tuscon, standard transmission - but they just didn't have what I wanted. THe Hyundai already had a deposit on it. Over the next few days I got calls as new cars came in. There was absolutely no pressure on me. These folks were trying very hard to find the right car for me. I felt that I was important to them. I have no doubt that I would have purchased a car from North End if they'd had what I was looking for and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one looking for a quality used car. More

I was in the market for a used 2nd car. I went to three dealers. They did not take the time to ask about my needs. I just want someone who is honest and not high pressure. This was great for restarting my credit.The car is spotless with 83,000 miles. My whole experience was great.
