Akeem made my vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. I felt like he listened to me and understood my needs. I am a single mom, and usually dealers like to take advantage of that. But Akeem kept me well informed and never made me feel as though he was trying to get over on me to make a deal. The only thing i did not like was the finance person. I wanted to pay cash for my vehicle and i got the impression and felt they were too aggressive in trying to make me finance the vehicle instead paying out right for it. I did not like that at all and it almost made me walk away and not purchase the vehicle at all. More

Alex was very friendly and did a good job at getting my truck ready, however I would have liked the service shop to check over everything thoroughly first before delivering a vehicle to a customer. Sales staff friendly and helpful until you sign the dotted line then you get no help. I purchased a car and was told to call when I had made arraignments with my insurance company so they could regist dotted line then you get no help. I purchased a car and was told to call when I had made arraignments with my insurance company so they could register the car. I did this and told them when I would be coming to get the car. Expected it to be registered and ready to go. This did not happen. They told me the insurance company never sent the info. This is 5 at night and this should have been done first thing in the morning, so I don't know why they never would have followed up on this or contacted me. I spoke with my insurance company and they said they did not receive a request until after I went to pick up my car. So they lied to me and never tried to get the car registered. I waited over 2 hours and was told they could not do it that day and would have to come back another day. All I got was sorry tough sh@t, we already have your money. Horrible customer service, I would not go back to them. More

Ive gotten 4 new brake pads, new blinker, wiper cover, headlight, radio, rotor, and the newest problem is a cracked valve cover. This was all in 4 months of owning the car. SLEEZY DEALERSHIP. And this website is even sleezier for somehow giving it 5 stars. RIDICULOUS More
