I received a call from Tony hours after I had left while I was at my kids school function...i did not recognize the number but answered anyway; the conversation was very unprofessional went like this: me: hello Tony: hey (Not recognizing voice)me: hello? Tony: hey Me again: who is this? T: it's me Tony!!! (Like we are old chums) hey I'm real sorry about earlier? When we were going over the numbers I accidentally put in $500 down payment. My fault. But we called in a "favor" with a friend at the bank to get you this great rate!! You would be crazy to pass it up! It's like free money! Me: yeah Tony but like we discussed... I can't pay more per month. We agreed to a payment and the starting price jumped back up the the 14,999 again? T: it's just crazy to pass up the deal cause we are so close, I'll explain what happened to my boss and see what we can do? Me: okay that sounds good! Then three days go by and no word! I'm not going back groveling for a deal but I keep checking car listings and the dodge went up to 15.999??? We found another vehicle at another dealer who were very straight forward about price, payment and fees. During this time my wife got a call on her phone which was never used to contact us from your dealership? Which was too little too late... You can't remedy my issue but in the future you could be "Honest" from the start and you'll have much better success.... Hope this helps! Bruce

My intention was to improve your understanding of why my review was written and hopefully keep this from happening to another family.
