My wife and I bought a used car from North End Motors in April 2011. Our sales rep was Mike Pilla. He let us take a reasonably long test drive. Their service was good. I would recommend to make it even better, they should offer their clients something to drink to feel more comfortable. Mike worked with us to meet our budget needs. We bought the car. It was delivered to us at no charge where we live out of state. We did have some issues with the vehicle. It had a few scratches, the interior was not detailed properly, and a check engine light came on the first week. We would have given them a perfect score but for these issues. We had to go back to the dealer twice, but in the end they fixed the problems and compensated us for the inconvenience. More
