I've never been to a used car dealer that presented itself so professionall End, I was very impressed with every aspect of my car buying experience. I've never been to a used car dealer that presented itself so professionally and took such pride in their vehicles/operations. We were never pressured at any time by Pat and we looked at several vehicles. All were in excellent condition and we settled on a Highlander. My wife loves it and I love the fact that we saved $ over a new car store and got a great interest rate. After browsing the internet, looking at literally hundreds of cars, countless dealers. I pick a few Jeeps I really liked and headed over on a whim just to check it out. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Pilla who showed me an 09 Jeep Patriot. I absolutely loved it. He and Mark O'toole in financing were casual yet, professional. Which was great because who wants to deal with pushy overbearing car salesmen? Most people do not. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and welcoming. Mark did everything he could to get me the best rate and the lowest payments he possibly could with an excellent warrenty. Mike had me driving my new Jeep within days of my first visit. All in all excellent dealership, super friendly, not pushy, smooth transation and a pleasure to do business with! I can honestly say I've already told everyone I work with and a few friends what a great experience I had with these people. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone! On a side note, Mike even went out of his way to take a little decoration I had in my old car I was trading in and put it in my new car so I wouldn't lose it! More
