Overall a good experience. Had some issues with pricing regarding what I saw online vs dealer. The promotion was a bit misleading. Gordon who I worked with was great, upfront, and helpful. For being a first time car buyer it was a great experience. We had exellent customer service. They were very attentive to our needs and tight budget. This dealership has great customer service! Upon arrival I walked around for a bit and noone attacked me to buy a vehicle and I was welcomed once I went inside. I went to see P.J. who I had been discussing a particular vehicle via e-mail. PJ explained to me that they work in teams and introduced me to Gordon who was going to take me on a test drive. He did and he was kind the entire time, he did not pretend he knew anything he didn't but was more than willing to look anything up for me! I liked his honesty and transparency in the transaction. I did not purchase the vehicle because it ended up costing more than expected. The price was reasonable, but more money than I wanted to spend on this particular vehicle and options. They do build a $1500 deposit into all of their online prices so any consumer needs to factor that into their prices. All things considered this is the best experience I have had at a dealership thanks to Gordon's outstanding customer service! More
We went to the dealership to buy a G37S Infiniti that was advertised on their web page. We had an appointment on Saturday morning and we arrived on time. The car was still in the showroom and we had few mi advertised on their web page. We had an appointment on Saturday morning and we arrived on time. The car was still in the showroom and we had few minutes until it was moved outside. Phil was assigned as the comapny's represantative to answer our questions and to make out visit friendly. Phil has gone beyond what one would expect from a sales person. He was very professional, friendly, easy going, knowledgeable about the car and was able to provide us with all the informaion we seeked. I would also say to be careful and read all the documents. The dealership found a better financing rate that I already had and was approved for at my credit union. What I was not told was that they signed me up with a third company, Equity 4 U, to withdraw funds out of my account and pay the lendger, at a cost afcourse, to be paid by me. I did not discover this until three weeks later, which I quickly cancelled. This was not explained to me by the finance person at the dealership. Becasue I live in CT, they even made the delivery to the city near where I live so that I would not have to drive back to the dealership. Pat, the gentelman that delivered the car, was very friendly and very helpful at the DMV during the exchange. More

He recommended me to Dan Averbukh to look at the vehicles I was interested in. Dan was a true professional the whole time and took his time explaining everything to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything and was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable w/ the car I was purchasing. I finally chose my car, a BMW 528 XI and he helped me finalize the sale very quickly. Thank you to both Dan and PJ for making my car buying experience awesome...good job guys! More
