I went into North End Motors looking for a specific vehicle that they were advertising on their website. The good experience starts there because not only was the description of the car well thought o vehicle that they were advertising on their website. The good experience starts there because not only was the description of the car well thought out they provided a large number of pictures that allowed me to look at the car with out making the 2 hour drive to see it. Upon entering the dealership I was not greated by the typical pushy salesman, I consulted with the sales manager and he immediately put me in contact with Phil who showed me the car took me on a well rounded test drive and was great to work with when making the final deal even with a few special circumstances that I had. Even after I placed a Deposit for the vehicle they worked around my schedule to support paying for the car and taking final delivery. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, Phil kept in touch with me throughout the process making sure everything was going ok and that everything I needed/wanted was getting done to the vehicle all for a price I could afford. If this means anything, I actually wanted to spend the money for this vehicle and that has been the greatest hill to tackle in my car search and I was able to do it making this dealer the right one to go to for me. More

We were greeted almost before I was out of the car on the lot, and treated with genuine happiness we were there. We were told up front that they just reciently installed a new alternator. Honesty is the best policy! The salesman seemed more than happy to tell us anything he could in regard to the vehicle, which I ended up loving. After a test drive, and we sat down to discuss pricing, he was more than able to come to an amount that was the budget I was in need of, which sealed the deal. Not to mention the 3 year Roadside Assistance for FREE! From beginning to end of the process it was painless and I felt confident I was making the right choice in vehicle as well as dealership. The drive home today from the dealership was so comfortable! I felt as though the seat was hugging me. [: I would highly recommend this dealership and the salesman I met with, Stephen Page. Philip was very professional and attentive with a friend that had met there and myself. Although I did not drive out with the vehicle I was interested in (because of circumstances beyond their control) Philip and his associates worked diligently for two days trying to make this deal work. I will recommend North End Motors to friends and family because of the great experience we had there. More

The purchase was for my wife. Although this dealership is maybe 2 miles from my house, I was hesitant to visit a "used car only" lot. If I had visited them earlier I would've saved myself 5 days of car hunting. I knew what I was looking for before I walked on the lot as I had seen it online, a Jeep Commander 07'. Leandro greeted me in the lot after about 2 minutes of my walking around. He was fairly well educated as to that car (a big positive for me), which surprised me since this dealership has every car imaginable for sale. He acknowledged the vehicles cosmetic flaws and choose not to downplay them, another positve trait in my book. He didnt try to show me other cars but rather listened to my reasons (besides the fact my wife is a spoiled brat) for this particular type of vehicle. At the point of sitting down and negotiating price, I would've have been a little put off had I not already known of and prepared myself for their "$1,500.00 down and we'll match it" off the asking price ploy. I don't hold it against them, dealerships have to attract customers as does any customer oriented business, I just wish there was another way to do it sometimes. It certainly attracts the online customer, however I can see certain type personalities getting up and walking away from negotiations once that catch is revealed. Leandro was always polite and respectful, intoduced his sales GM to fine tune the negotiation (which I always expext)and was able to finally sell me a car. I've yet to come across a finance person as easy to deal with as Terry. He was a "No Pressure" person who presented me with my options and allowed me to make the decision. DON'T LOSE EITHER ONE OF THESE GUYS!! The car has been in the driveway for a few days now and my wife loves it. If I have any negative issues with the car or the dealership I will be sure to update my review. But so far all I can to is highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced used vehicle sold by honest and reputable persons. More
