After weeks of searching for a car for my son, I found the Tiburon model he wanted online at NorthEnd Motors. The website was very useful and provided access to a free carfax report. In fact, I bought the car from PG Guarino over the phone and via emails. When the car arrived it was as represented by PJ Guarino and in accordance with the numerous photos posted on NorthEnd Motors website. I would definitely recommend dealing with PJ Guarino at North End Motors. PJ Guarino will work to get the deal done with great service and at a price that is better than the competition. More

My experience with North End was mixed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful from the phone to the floor. The price on the 2008 Prius I bought was fair, and they were flexible in helping me ge consistently friendly and helpful from the phone to the floor. Tim, my salesman, was responsive, pleasant, and helpful throughout. A few concerns: 1. The price listed that was on the web was misleading. The actual price was $1500 more than advertised related to a "deal" they were having. I was already there and test-driven the car before I found that out. I'd appreciate accurate, no games price upfront. 2. A few days after taking the car home on a very cold day, all of the Prius's warning lights came on & stayed on. The free roadside assistance that came with the car took over 7 hours to come tow the car, and I missed work. When the car went to North End for service, they didn't find anything wrong with it. The guys were helpful when I could track them down, but not proactive in returning my calls. I had no car for work for 3 days while this mess got straightened out. I have had no issues with the Prius since but am concerned there may be an underlying problem not yet discovered. I am hopeful these guys will stand by the car if further issues arise. 3. Sales Manager Mark was also helpful & friendly but a little pushy about LoJack and the extended warranty, which is where the dealerships make their $ from what I have heard. More

My experience at North End Motors was not what you'd expect from a "used car dealership". As soon as I walked in I was greeted by several of the employees, and promptly met with PJ as he was the one I h expect from a "used car dealership". As soon as I walked in I was greeted by several of the employees, and promptly met with PJ as he was the one I had an appointment with. We discussed my trade-in and then I was introduced to Phil to take a couple test drives. After talking about what I wanted for a good 30 minutes, we took several vehicles out for a spin. Now I'm an incredibly picky car shopper so it wasn't easy for me to find what I wanted. Phil was unbelievably patient, really listened to what I was looking for and never pressured me in to anything. I ended up returning a couple of days later to look at a new vehicle that had just arrived. I was greeted by name, by the OTHER salesmen, who I had been VERY briefly introduced to. PJ came out to ask how I was and Phil was as friendly as always. I still haven't found my new baby but rest assured, when the epiphany comes, Phil & PJ will be the only ones in MA I buy from. I really enjoyed my experience at North End Motors. I knew I wanted a truck but wasnt too positive on the exact model.
